Les Waterhouse, founder:
Waterhouse Floral Designs was founded by master floral designer, Les Waterhouse.
His unique style exalted him to international acclaim with awards including Gold Medal for Australia at the 2003 International Floristry Competition held in Montreal.
Les travelled extensively internationally with his floristry skills which found him in Bahrain, Quebec, Singapore, Korea, China, Japan, Indonesia, Germany and the Arab world.
Les was a seasoned international floristry judge. Most recently, he was guest demonstrator and judge at the Floriade 2008 Passion for Fashion floral competition in Canberra.
Les was much loved in the florist community always willing to share his skills and adventures with any who asked.
Waterhouse Floral Designs is now being carried on by his family in his memory.
